Jeremy has been a venture capitalist since January 2013 when he joined ERA as the investment team’s first hire.

Prior to ERA, Jeremy was a senior consultant in Booz Allen Hamilton’s Strategy and Innovation practice, the team that took the firm back into the commercial market in 2011. He served commercial financial institutions, worked with clients including GE, Jefferies, and NASA. He also conducted investment screenings for a large socially responsible venture capital fund.

Earlier in his career, Jeremy worked in London: on Unilever’s global communications planning team, where he sat on the global strategy team for digital media s a research analyst in Albourne Partners’ hedge fund analysis group, and as head of marketing for t5m.com, a London-based media startup. He began his career as an intern at Mother Advertising and ?What If!.

Jeremy is an active member of New York’s early-stage technology community, speaking frequently at conferences, panels, and industry events. He is a startup advisor at NYU Stern and a judge for Cornell’s VC Trek.

Born in Canada and raised in London, Jeremy holds a B.A. in Commerce, Organizations and Entrepreneurship from Brown University.
